Our policy is for 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange for a new product.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

REFUNDS (if applicable)

To guarantee your refund (not including shipping costs), the product must not be damaged or missing parts for reasons beyond our control.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received the item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your application is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

LATE OR LOST REFUNDS (if applicable)

If you have not received your refund after ten working days, please check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially made.

Only regular priced items will be refunded, unfortunately products on sale cannot be refunded.

CHANGES (if applicable)

We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to replace it with the same item, please send us an email to and send the product to Proyectum Sport to the following address: Azalea 1, Building B, Office 3, El Soto de la Moraleja, Alcobendas 28109, Madrid – Spain.

GIFTS (if applicable)

If the item was marked as a “Gift” when it was purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once we receive the item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

To return your product, you must send it to Proyectum Sport at the following address: Azalea 1, Building B, Office 3, El Soto de la Moraleja, Alcobendas 28109, Madrid – Spain.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for the return of the item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time to receive the changed product may vary.

If you are shipping products with a value greater than $75, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your product.
